Something in you is ready.
That’s enough.
Virtual psychotherapy for adults throughout California, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Oakland, Berkeley, and surrounding areas.
You’ve been adapting for so long, you’re not sure where you went.
Especially in motherhood, relationships, and across cultures, you may find yourself questioning your voice, your needs, and your sense of self.
I work with bicultural folks and immigrants, women & mothers, who have spent years adapting to roles, expectations, and relationships, and are feeling the strain of losing connection to themselves.
You might be functioning well on the outside, but inside feel anxious, unsettled or not quite yourself.
Maybe you question your reactions or second-guess your choices. Maybe relationships leave you feeling confused, drained, or unsure of where you stand. Or maybe there’s a lingering sense that certain experiences - subtle, ongoing, hard to explain - changed how safe or confident you feel being you.
You want support that honors what shaped you, while helping you feel steadier and more at ease in the present.
